My Role: I wrote the script and integrated skater lingo with Copilot, edited the voiceover, and created the animated video.
The Why: Learners needed to be introduced to the change curve as part of a larger e-learning on strategies for navigating change. This video aims to normalize ups and downs in productivity and emotions during change and put a fun spin on a process that's often associated with negative emotions.

The Why: The Korn Ferry competency, Communicates Effectively, advises that messages should be clear, compelling, and concise, but doesn't paint what "good" looks like. I created this video to fill this gap and offer actionable tips. video was created for a course on effective communication.
